Effect: Vitamins from group „B” support the proper functioning of the nervous system (biotin, niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, vit B6 and B12), and energy metabolism of the organism (biotin, pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, vit B6 and B12) as well as the immune system (folate, vit B6 and B12).
Vitamin B6 helps in the proper synthesis of cysteine, proper metabolism of protein and glycogen, supports the production of red blood cells, it also regulates hormonal activity and together with pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin and vit B12 contributes to the reduction of weariness and fatigue. Riboflavin helps to maintain healthy skin and good eyesight, supports iron metabolism, protects cells from oxidative stress. Thiamin assists the heart. Pantothenic acid helps to maintain mental performance at the correct level
